Notes
1. The above rates apply to Community / Charity groups. For Commercial groups add £5 per rate above 2. A deposit of half the hire cost will be required at the time of booking. This will be by negotiation for repeat bookings
3. Full cost to be paid on day of use.
4. Cancellations within 7 days of intended hire will result in loss of deposit.
5. Minimum hire periods are 2 hours for day time bookings and 3 hours for evening bookings.
6. An additional charge may be incurred if excessive cleaning is required after the hire period
